Sparta Home is a modern co-living apartment in central Kaunas, built for people who need more than just a bed. It is home to freelancers, digital nomads, creatives and ambitious professionals who care about productivity, community and quality of life.
Address: Miško gatvė 16, Kaunas. There are seven rooms across two floors, along with shared spaces, a balcony and a terrace. From here you can walk to Akropolis, Soboras, a gym with a pool and saunas, and Laisvės alėja.

We carefully select each resident, because the quality of the community depends on the people in it. The selection is not a formality, but a way to make sure everyone feels good living and working in the house. It all starts with a friendly, no-pressure call.

Pricing
Transparent pricing based on length of stay.
The Sparta Home rate depends on how long you plan to stay. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price, because the longest term is the community-member format.
- The 4-month rate is the lowest rate. Stays of 3 months add 10%, 2 months add 20%, and 1 month adds 30% on top of the 4-month rate.
- For stays of 1 to 3 months, electricity is added separately based on the room's own meter.
- For the 4+ month community member rate, residents also contribute to shared utilities and common household responsibilities.
- If you do not want to become a community member, stays longer than 3 months use the 3-month rate.
- Maximum stay: 12 months.

The minimum stay is one month and the maximum is 12 months. The minimum gives you enough time to settle into the rhythm, get to know the other residents and genuinely experience the community, rather than just staying a night or two.
What does a self-managing home and community membership mean?
Sparta Home residents look after the shared spaces themselves: there is a weekly duty rota, and residents share utilities and other common responsibilities. The longest, 4-month term has the lowest rate because it is the community-member format, where you actively contribute to life in the house.
Who might Sparta Home not suit?
Sparta Home may not suit you if you are looking for the absolute cheapest option, want full isolation, are travelling with family or are looking for a party house. This is a calm home built around growth, with clear rules.
