The 4-month rate is the lowest rate. Stays of 3 months add 10%, 2 months add 20%, and 1 month adds 30% on top of the 4-month rate.

For the 4+ month community member rate, residents also contribute to shared utilities and common household responsibilities.

If you do not want to become a community member, stays longer than 3 months use the 3-month rate.

Shared responsibilities
What does the community member format mean?
The 4-month or longer rate is for residents who contribute to the rhythm of a self-managed home and take part in shared day-to-day responsibilities.

Maximum stay: 12 months.
If you do not want to become a community member, stays longer than 3 months use the 3-month rate.
