1 month is the base rate. Stay 2 months and get 10% off, 3 months and get 20% off, and 4 or more months for community members comes with a 30% discount.
4+ months for community members
For the 4+ month community member rate, residents also contribute to shared utilities and common household responsibilities.

If you do not want to become a community member, stays longer than 3 months remain at the 3-month rate with a 20% discount.

Shared responsibilities
What does the community member format mean?
The 4-month or longer rate is for residents who contribute to the rhythm of a self-managed home and take part in shared day-to-day responsibilities.

Maximum stay: 12 months.
If you do not want to become a community member, stays longer than 3 months remain at the 3-month rate with a 20% discount.
