What we measure
With consent, we measure page views, campaign sources, article clicks, scroll depth, visible and focused reading-time thresholds, contact-link clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. Reading indicators are estimates, not proof that a person read or understood the article.
We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, resident account data or payments to Google Analytics. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or session recordings.
Browser storage
Your consent preference is saved locally so we can respect it on future visits. With analytics consent, Google may set _ga cookies. The most recently opened article identifier is kept in the current tab for up to 30 minutes to connect it to an enquiry; it is not a personal identifier. Essential website and form services continue to work without analytics consent.
The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. Vercel Web Analytics.
